Affirmations

I can't fake it.

I hate affirmations. Yeah, I said it. My whole life I have been told about their magic. People put post it notes on bathroom walls and write with dry erase markers on mirror. When we all had paper planners we were encouraged to write them down as bookmarks. I shudder like I’ve heard nails on a chalkboard.
